The first thing I'd like to suggest are Suggestions, Feedback and Support sections.
Users should be able to leave feedback, comment on your site, post a thread for help and suggest some stuff.

Secondly, maybe change the default skin. Too many people are using it. If you want to keep using it at least modify the colours to fit your current logo.

Ya, I'm fully agree with this.Here all the section are necessary:feedback,suggestion,complaint etc.By this we can know Wat visitor thinks about this site.
